Ramakrishna Mission, Mumbai organized a special programme on 11th September 2025 (4:00 pm – 7:00 pm) at Vivekananda Auditorium of Ashrama Premises to commemorate the 132nd anniversary of Swami Vivekananda’s Historic Address at the World Parliament of Religions, Chicago (1893).

Adv. Shri Ashish Shelar, Hon. Minister, Information & Broadcasting and Cultural Affairs, Govt. of Maharashtra, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and highlighted the relevance and importance of Swami Vivekananda’s message to the modern world.

The programme also featured inspiring talks by Swami Aryananda, Swami Buddhananda, and Swami Jnanagamyananda, who shared their deep insights on Swami Vivekananda’s vision and ideas. Swami Satyadevananda extended a warm welcome to the dignitaries and the gathering. The event was attended by nearly 290 devotees, including a large number of enthusiastic young students. The programme concluded with evening refreshments for all attendees.
