CENTENARY CELEBRATIONS
Celebrating 100 Years of Spirituality & Service
Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, Mumbai has completed its 100th year on the auspicious day of Akshaya Tritiya, on 22nd April in 2023. To mark this momentous occasion the inaugural function took place from 21st to 23rd April 2024 which also marked the commencement of yearlong celebrations of the glorious 100 years of the centre in a grand way.
To sum up the year-long celebrations the Concluding Function of the Centenary Celebrations held on 25th & 26th May 2024. Both functions consisted of a Special Puja, Sadhu Bhandara, Public Meetings, Discourses, Bhajans, Classical Musical Performances, etc. Around 170 monks of the Ramakrishna Order attended the function.
The participation and blessings of the Hon’ble Governor of Maharashtra Shri Ramesh Bais as the Chief Guest, along with the presence and support of Most Revered Srimat Swami Gautamanandaji Maharaj (President), Revered Srimat Swami Divyanandaji Maharaj (Vice-President), Revered Swami Suviranandaji Maharaj (General Secretary), and Revered Swami Balabhadranandaji (Asst. General Secretary) and other venerable monks, devotees & well-wishers added immense significance to these celebrations.
Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, Mumbai, have exemplified unwavering commitment and selfless service for the past century. These celebrations have highlighted the journey of 100 glorious years of Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, Mumbai.
