Ramakrishna Mission, Mumbai had organized a Public Function dedicated to Swami Vivekananda to Commemorate Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav (75 Years of India’s Independence) & 125 Years to Ramakrishna Mission at Balgandharva Rang Mandir, Bandra, Mumbai. His Excellency Hon’ble Governor of Maharashtra Shri Bhagat Singh Koshyari was the Chief Guest of the function. Hon’ble Governor of Maharashtra addressed the gathering and there were motivational speeches by the Monks of the Ramakrishna Order. A Grand Musical Tribute to Swami Vivekananda was also there wherein renowned artists viz Vocalist Jayateerth Mevundi, Sitar Maestro Niladri Kumar and Ishaan Ghosh on Tabla gave their performances. Lunch Prasad and Snacks were given to all the attendees. Some photos of the function are given.
